KEN CHAN
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Prior to founding PCG, Ken was the Head of the Japan office for the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), where he oversaw Real Estate and Integrated Strategies investments over 19 years. During his tenure, he built a core portfolio of real estate assets across office, residential, retail, logistics and hospitality sectors, while also supporting GIC’s investments in public equities, private equity and infrastructure.
With decades of investment experience across multiple asset classes and markets, Ken has been involved in sourcing, executing, and managing investments throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Ken sits on various company boards and charities. He serves as an External Director for Keihan Holdings Co. Ltd., and is the Representative Director of a non-profit organisation, Hands On Tokyo, as well as Board Director of Christel Vie Ensemble. He also previously served as Vice Chairman of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Japan.
Prior to PCG, Tien Loon spent more than 21 years at GIC, where he was a Senior Vice President and headed the Financing team for real estate globally.

Throughout Tien Loon’s career, he has cultivated strong banking relationships and developed extensive expertise in real estate financing and capital structuring, working on transactions across office, retail, hospitality, logistics, and other specialized property sectors throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
​
Tien Loon also played a leading role in debt financing and TMK structuring for numerous real estate investments in Japan, bringing deep capital markets experience to PCG.

DAI IRIE
Deputy Head of Japan
Before joining PCG, Dai spent 14 years at Mizuho Securities Principal Investment, where he was responsible for mezzanine, primary, and secondary equity investments across various asset types, private placements of unlisted investment corporations, program investments in private REITs, and US open-end fund investments. He later served as Managing Director of Strategic Investments, overseeing LBO mezzanine financing and direct investments in venture companies.

Earlier in his career, he worked at GE Real Estate, focusing on acquisitions, asset management, and business development.
​
Dai began his career with Mori Building, where he contributed to major redevelopment projects including Roppongi Hills, before moving to Mori Trust, where he was involved in the re-development project that became present-day Azabudai Hills.
Janne brings nearly two decades of investment banking experience across Tokyo and London, culminating in his role as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at UBS Japan.

During Janne's tenure at UBS, he led the origination and execution of a wide range of corporate finance transactions for domestic and international real estate clients, helping establish the firm as a leading participant in Japan's real estate market. His experience spans capital raising, strategic advisory, and complex transaction execution across the sector.
​
Following Janne's investment banking career, he founded a successful boutique advisory and venture capital fund management company, leading advisory assignments, startup funding initiatives, and corporate restructuring projects for real estate and corporate clients.

ANDY LEE
Chief Asset Management Officer
Andy brings over 30 years of experience in real estate investment management, spanning deal sourcing, structuring and execution, asset and development management as well as divestment. Andy began his career with Keppel Land, gaining early exposure to property development and management.
​
Most recently, Andy served as Chief Asset Management Officer at Pontiac Land Group, where he oversaw a diversified portfolio of hospitality, residential and commercial assets located in Singapore, New York, Sydney and the Maldives.
​
Earlier in his career, Andy spent 19 years with GIC Real Estate as Senior Vice President, managing investments and assets across Japan, Russia, China, India, Europe, and Southeast Asia. From 2003 to 2005, he was based in GIC's London office, supporting the firm's investment activities across Europe.
Prior to joining PCG in 2024, Philippe was a Senior Director in JLL's Asia Pacific Equity Advisory team based in Singapore, where he advised institutional investors and corporate clients on transactions and capital market strategies across the region.

Before JLL, Phillipe was with ARA Asset Management, supporting public securities analysis and corporate finance advisory work across the Group's platform. He worked closely with senior management on capital raising and M&A initiatives involving listed real estate vehicles.
​
Earlier in his career, Philippe was part of BlackRock's investment team, focusing on listed real estate securities across Asia Pacific. His experience spans investments, capital markets, M&A, and transaction execution across both public and private real estate markets.
Philippe graduated from Concordia University with a B.A. in History and BCom in Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
PHILIPPE MERETTE

YOICHI TAMAGAWA
Head of Private Equity
Prior to joining PCG in 2024, Yoichi served as Co-Head of Japan Private Equity at PAG, where he was involved in leading and managing investments across a variety of sectors.

Previously, he held investment roles at Marunouchi Capital, Ripplewood Holdings, and Mitsubishi Corporation, gaining extensive experience in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments.
​
Over the course of his career, Yoichi has led numerous investments in the lifestyle sector and worked closely with management teams to support business growth, transformation, and value creation initiatives.
Over his tenure, he was responsible for numerous investments in the lifestyle sector. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Waseda University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Before joining PCG, Colin served as CEO of the Singapore Land Authority, where he led the transformation of Singapore's state property portfolio into vibrant community, social, and lifestyle destinations.

Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Colin has held senior leadership positions across international real estate, hospitality, fund management, corporate banking, and the public sector. His experience includes overseeing large-scale property portfolios, cross-border investments, and strategic capital initiatives.
​
Previously, as CEO of Frasers Hospitality Trust Management, he oversaw a US$1.9 billion global hospitality REIT portfolio spanning Europe, Australia, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, he was based in London as Head of Hotel Brokerage for Europe at CBRE Hotels.
